🛠 Performing a Daily Workout
Log in at https://app.best.me or open the Best.me app
On the Home page, select Today’s workout
If you like, start with the Warm-up and follow the exercises shown
In the main workout, select an exercise from the list to view its description and visual demonstration
Perform the exercise as indicated and follow the suggested rest periods
Once the exercise is completed, select Add reps to record the number you completed for each set
Use the back arrow (top left) to return to the workout list and select the next exercise
Repeat these steps until all exercises in the workout are completed
After finishing the workout, you can also complete the Cool down exercises
Once you’re done, your workout progress will be saved and shown as a percentage.
