Logging your daily progress helps the system adjust your plan for better results.


➡️ Log Your Daily Progress

  1. Weigh yourself before logging in

  2. Log in at https://app.best.me or open the Best.me app

  3. Enter your daily weight to proceed

  4. If you use the Fasting timer: select End Fasting before eating your first meal

  5. Review today’s meal plan and open each of the 3 meals and 1 snack

  6. Prepare the meals as described and eat them

  7. After each meal/snack, scroll down and select ✔ Mark as eaten at the bottom of the recipe.

  8. If you use the Fasting timer: after eating you last meal, select Start Fasting

✅ Marking meals as eaten helps personalize your plan for the following weeks.
