Welcome to the first step of your transformation! No matter if you find us through a social media ad or our website, our onboarding process ensures your plan is as unique as you are and the sign-up flow stays the same.

Our technology uses your answers to adapt the plan specifically to your habits and body type.

  1. Select Your Basics: Choose your biological gender, age group, and your primary health goal.

  2. Keto or Intermittent Fasting Knowledge: Answer questions regarding your understanding of the Keto diet or Intermittent fasting and your past weight loss experiences.

  3. Set Your Parameters: Enter your current height and weight.

  4. Goal Setting: The app will identify if you are potentially overweight or underweight and suggest an "ideal weight" standard, though you can set your own custom goal.

  5. Identify Yourself: Enter the name you would like used throughout your personalized plan.

After viewing your approximate results, you will provide deeper insights into your daily life.

  • Activity Levels: Describe your physical activities and when you last maintained your target weight.

  • Size Tracking: Enter your current and desired clothing sizes.

  • Dietary Preferences: Select your favorite Keto ingredients, preferred protein sources, and any known allergies to exclude from your recipes.

  • Daily Routine: Share details about your sleep quality, water intake, working hours, medications, and any matching health conditions.


πŸ’³ Step 3: Basic Plan Subscription & Payment

Once your approximate plan is ready, you will prepare for account activation.

  1. Enter Your Email: This becomes your Login Email; we will send a confirmation that your program is being prepared.

  2. Select a Plan: Choose a 1, 3, or 6-month subscription term.

  3. Review Subscription Terms: Please note that all plans renew automatically unless canceled before the current period ends.

  4. Submit Payment: Select your method β€” Bank Card, Google Pay/Apple Pay, or PayPal.

  5. Final Review: Check the Terms of Service before completing your purchase; you can go back to previous stages only before this final submission.


πŸš€ Step 4: Add-ons and Final Personalization

After your payment is processed, you will be presented with optional add-ons such as Workout Plans, the Premium Plan, the Shopping List, Nutritionist Chat, or Fasting Timer (available for non-Fasting plans). These features are designed to help you reach your goals faster and simplify your daily routine.

Please note that these add-ons are optional and not required to use your Basic Plan. Most add-ons are billed as separate monthly subscriptions and are activated immediately if selected, with charges applied in addition to your initial payment. The Shopping List is a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access.
