Quick Answer: Your Personal Nutrition Plan always shows the upcoming 14 days, regardless of your subscription length. This allows your plan to adapt as you follow it and your progress or preferences change.
*️⃣ Why is my plan limited to 14 days?
Your plan is personalized using the information you provided during sign-up, but personalization doesn't stop there.
As you follow your plan, it adapts based on your:
Meals marked as eaten
Daily weight entries
Goal weight changes
Food preference changes
Recipe preference changes
Physical activity adjustments
Other relevant changes made in your account
Because your progress cannot be predicted for your entire subscription period in advance, your plan is prepared two weeks ahead and continuously updated.
💡 You may also occasionally be asked to review or adjust your plan if your progress changes unexpectedly.
🔗 Help your plan adapt to you
For the most accurate progress tracking, we recommend that you:
Mark the meals you prepare according to your plan as eaten.
Enter your actual current weight daily.
This helps Best.me track how you're progressing toward your goal and adapt your Personal Nutrition Plan along the way.
❗️ Important: Seeing only 14 days does not mean your plan or subscription ends after 14 days. As long as you have access to your Personal Nutrition Plan, the upcoming days will continue to update.
