Quick Answer: At the moment, you can log progress only for yesterday.
If some meals weren’t marked as eaten and you didn’t log into your plan, we’re unable to adjust data for earlier days. That said, please don’t worry:
Your progress isn’t lost
Missing 1–2 days won’t cause major issues
Logging meals helps us personalize your future meal plans, but the system will continue to adapt as long as you:
Log in daily after accidentally skipping a day or two
Enter your current, accurate weight
Mark meals as eaten going forward
Follow your fasting and eating windows as planned (when using Fasting timer)
💡 Tip: You can update your goals and initial parameters anytime in Profile settings, or when the app prompts you to update your plan.
