⏳ How to use Fasting timer

The Fasting Timer helps you track your eating and fasting windows accurately. You start it after your last meal and stop it the next day before your first meal.


⏲️ Fasting Timer Usage

  1. Please, finish your last meal of the day

  2. Log in at https://app.best.me or open the Best.me app.

  3. In the Home page, find the Fasting Timer at the top.

  4. Before starting the timer for the first time, review the suggested fasting and eating times.

  5. If you want to adjust them:

    1. Select the ✏️ pencil icon next to the fasting and eating times.

    2. Choose one cycle: 13:11, 16:8, or 18:6.

    3. Select Change cycle to save your choice.

  6. Select Start Fasting to begin your fasting window.

  7. On the next day, before eating your first meal, log in again.

  8. Select End fasting to start your eating window.

📲 If you’re using the Best.me mobile app, you will receive push notifications reminding you to switch between fasting and eating windows.


You still need to start and end fasting manually in the app or web version.
