🔧 How to Manage a Subscription in Best.me
Log in at https://web.best.me.
Go to Profile
.Scroll to “Upgrade your Best.me plan”.
Find the subscription and select learn more…
On the next page, scroll to the bottom to find Your active subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to manage.
📘 From there, follow the on-screen instructions. Depending on your subscription, you may see options that can help you get more value from your plan before making any changes.
⏸️ Pausing a Subscription
During the cancellation survey, you may also choose to pause all your active subscriptions for up to 10 weeks.
Select the number of weeks you want to take a break and confirm Pause.
You will see the date when your subscriptions will restart automatically and billing will continue.
💡 You can restart your subscriptions earlier from the main page after logging in to your account.
⚠️ Important: Pausing applies to all your active subscriptions. You can still cancel an individual subscription while it is paused by following the same subscription management steps.
❌ Cancelling a Subscription
If you still wish to cancel, scroll to the bottom to complete the cancellation survey until you are redirected back to the Profile page with an inactive subscription.
✅ Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid period.
⚠️ Important: Best.me subscriptions are managed individually. If you want to cancel more than one subscription, return to Your active subscriptions and manage each subscription separately.
📲 App Store or Google Play Subscriptions
If your subscription is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel it through the subscription settings of the respective store.
❌ Deleting the Best.me app does not cancel your subscription.
💳 Subscription Policies
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
Access after cancellation: Cancelling your subscription stops only future renewals. You can continue using your subscription until the end of your current paid period.
Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise provided in our Terms of Service.
