Quick Answer: You have two ways to manage your subscriptions:

  1. Manage your subscription directly in your Best.me app.

  2. Follow our guided self-service flow to manage your subscription.

🔧 How to Manage a Subscription in Best.me

  1. Go to Profile .

  2. Scroll to “Upgrade your Best.me plan”.

  3. Find the subscription and select learn more…

  4. On the next page, scroll to the bottom to find Your active subscriptions.

  5. Select the subscription you want to manage.

📘 From there, follow the on-screen instructions. Depending on your subscription, you may see options that can help you get more value from your plan before making any changes.

❌ Cancelling a Subscription

If you still wish to cancel, scroll to the bottom to complete the cancellation flow until you see a confirmation screen.

✅ Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid period.

⚠️ Important: Best.me subscriptions are managed individually. If you want to cancel more than one subscription, return to Your active subscriptions and manage each subscription separately.

💬 Manage Subscriptions via Self-Service Portal

You can also use our self-service portal to manage your subscription without contacting our Support team.

Open the portal and follow the on-screen instructions to find and manage your subscription.

📲 App Store or Google Play Subscriptions

If your subscription is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel it through the subscription settings of the respective store.

❌ Deleting the Best.me app does not cancel your subscription.

💳 Subscription Policies

  • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.

  • Access after cancellation: Cancelling your subscription stops only future renewals. You can continue using your subscription until the end of your current paid period.

  • Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise provided in our Terms of Service.
