⏸️ What should I do if I can't follow the plan temporarily?

Quick Answer: If your break is short (up to 2–3 weeks), simply follow basic nutrition guidelines and continue your plan when you return. The app will request an update once you’re back. For the breaks around month or even more, it is suggested to cancel the subscription(s).


⏯️ Short break (<3 weeks)

If you won’t be able to fully follow the plan for a short time (vacation, business trip, etc.), don’t worry — there’s no need to cancel anything.

During this period:

  • Drink at least 2 liters of water per day

  • Eat regular, small portions

  • Choose dishes without extra salt or added fats

  • Avoid overeating

Once you return, the app will prompt you to update your plan due to inactivity. After completing the update, simply continue the program.


💤 Longer break (>30 days)

If you don’t plan to follow the program for more than a month, we recommend canceling your subscription(s).

❗️ Make sure to cancel all additional features separately, as their subscriptions are not canceled together with the main plan, since they can be used independently of the nutrition plan.


🩺 Health-related reasons

If you need to pause or stop your plan due to health concerns:

  • Consult your doctor to confirm whether a Diet is safe and suitable for your condition, or

  • Contact our Nutrition Specialists via the Chat feature (if included in your plan), or

  • Reach out to our Support Team and provide details about your health condition.

Based on the information you share:

  • If the plan can be safely adjusted, we will adapt it to your needs.

  • If the plan cannot be followed, we will assist you with subscription cancellation.
