❌ If you purchased your subscription via the mobile app, you must cancel it directly in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Otherwise, we won’t be able to deactivate your account.

Open your account in the Best.me mobile app
Tap the Profile icon
at the bottom rightIn the Your Best.me profile section, tap ✏️ Edit my profile
Scroll down and tap Delete my account
Confirm your request by tapping Delete my account permanently at the bottom
ℹ️ Your request will be sent to our system automatically.
If you have an active subscription, your account will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period.
