You can customize your nutrition plan by updating your food preferences or your physical activity level directly from your Profile. Your plan will automatically adjust to your changes.
🍽️ Update nutrition, food & recipe preferences
Use these steps if you want to change what you eat or how your meals are planned.
Log in at https://app.best.me or open the Best.me app.
Select Profile icon
(top menu on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)Scroll to Your nutrition plan.
Select ✏️ Edit my nutrition preferences.
Go through the questions and select your preferences:
Diet type (Keto or Classic)
Meal style (simple, budget-friendly, quick to cook)
Meal diversity preference
Products you want to include
👉 Unselected herbs and spices may still appear in recipes. You can replace or exclude them later, but salt cannot be used as a replacement.
Select Update my plan to apply the changes.
🏃 Update physical activity in your plan
Use these steps if your activity level or weight has changed.
Log in at https://app.best.me or open the Best.me app.
Select Profile icon
(top menu on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)Scroll to Your nutrition plan.
Select 🔄 Change my daily activity.
Answer the question about your weekly exercise habits.
Enter your current weight to confirm your new starting point.
Select Update my plan to confirm the changes.
ℹ️ What happens after you update?
Your future meals and portions will automatically adjust based on your latest information. You don’t need to restart your plan—changes apply going forward.
