🔄 Canceling Your Basic Plan Subscription

Quick Answer: Your Basic Nutrition Plan cancelation can be performed directly within the Profile section by logging in via browser.

This guide walks you through canceling your Basic Plan.


🍲 Basic Nutrition Plan Cancelation

⚠️ This is the only cancellation that has a confirmation email.

Step-by-step

  1. Log in at https://app.best.me (enter your current weight if prompted)

  2. Go to Profile (top menu on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)

  3. Select Manage my subscriptions and proceed with Step 6, or scroll to "Upgrade your Best.me plan"

  4. Find option Weight Loss Meals and select learn more…

  5. Scroll down to view Your active subscriptions.

  6. Select one of the following options:

    • Best.me Meal Plan (Keto Meal Plan), or

    • Fasting Timer with Weight Loss Meals (Fasting Meal Plan).

  7. Scroll down and select "I’m thinking about giving up…"

  8. In the next step, scroll down and choose "I want to quit, don’t want to save money and get fit now or ever…"

  9. On the final screen, scroll down and confirm by selecting "Terminate my Weight Loss journey forever…"

What happens after cancellation?

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • You will see a "Renew" banner on your Home page, which serves as confirmation that your plan will not be extended


💳 Essential Subscription Policies

  • Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the next renewal date.

  • Mobile App Purchase: If your Basic Keto or Fasting Plan subscription was purchased via the mobile app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, it must be canceled directly in the same store’s subscription settings.
