⚠️ This is the only cancellation that has a confirmation email.
👤 First step: Open Profile section
Log in at https://web.best.me (enter your current weight if prompted)
Go to Profile
(top menu on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)
Choose one of the options below
1️⃣ Option 1: I see “Manage my subscriptions”
Select Manage my subscriptions
Scroll down to view Your active subscriptions
Select one of the following options:
Scroll down and select “I’m thinking about giving up…”
Then select “I want to quit, don’t want to save money and get fit now or ever…”
Confirm with “Terminate my Weight Loss journey forever…”
2️⃣ Option 2: I do NOT see “Manage my subscriptions”
Scroll to “Upgrade your Best.me plan”
Find Weight Loss Meals and select Learn more…
Scroll down to view Your active subscriptions
Select one of the following options:
Scroll down and select “I’m thinking about giving up…”
Then select “I want to quit, don’t want to save money and get fit now or ever…”
Confirm with “Terminate my Weight Loss journey forever…”
What happens after cancellation?
Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period
You will receive a confirmation email
You will see a "Renew" banner on your Home page, which serves as confirmation that your plan will not be extended
💳 Essential Subscription Policies
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
Mobile App Purchase: If your Basic Keto or Fasting Plan subscription was purchased via the mobile app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, it must be canceled directly in the same store’s subscription settings.
