🧩 Canceling Additional Feature Subscriptions

Quick Answer: All subscription cancellations can be performed directly within the Profile section of your account.

⚠️ Important: Every Best.me service is managed individually. Canceling one subscription does not automatically cancel other active add-ons or Basic Plan. To ensure all billing stops, you must cancel each service separately.

💡 Tip: We recommend canceling your add-ons first, then canceling your Basic Weight Loss Plan last.

If you purchased your subscription in the Best.me mobile app, you can cancel it only through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings.

This guide walks you through canceling each one step by step, so nothing is missed.


👑 Premium Plan Cancelation

  1. Log in at https://app.best.me (enter your current weight if prompted)

  2. Go to Profile (top menu on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)

  3. Select Manage my subscriptions and proceed with Step 6, or scroll to "Upgrade your Best.me plan"

  4. Find Premium Weight Loss Plan and select learn more…

  5. Scroll down to view Your active subscriptions

  6. Select the grey Premium Weight Loss Plan option

  7. In the pop-up, scroll down and select "I’m thinking about giving up…"

  8. On the next screen, scroll to the bottom and choose "I want to quit, don’t want to save money and enjoy the Premium Weight Loss Plan…"

  9. On the final offer screen, scroll all the way down and select "Not interested to keep the BEST for myself and SAVE XX%… Terminate my Premium Weight Loss Plan"

✅ Subscription remains active until period ends
❌ No cancelation confirmation email sent


🧑‍⚕️ Personal Nutritionist Chat Cancelation

  1. Log in at https://app.best.me (enter your current weight if prompted)

  2. Go to Profile (top menu on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)

  3. Select Manage my subscriptions and proceed with Step 6, or scroll to "Upgrade your Best.me plan"

  4. Find Personal Nutritionist and select learn more…

  5. Scroll to the bottom to see Your active subscriptions.

  6. Select the grey Your Personal Weight Loss Nutritionist option.

  7. In the pop-up, scroll down and choose "I’m thinking about giving up…"

  8. On the next screen, scroll down and select "I want to cancel my Personal Nutritionist, don’t want to save money and don’t want help getting fit…"

  9. On the final screen, scroll down and confirm by selecting "Terminate my Personal Nutritionist and lose the XX% SAVE forever…"

✅ Subscription remains active until period ends
❌ No cancelation confirmation email sent


🏋️ Home Workout Plan Cancelation

  1. Log in at https://app.best.me (enter your current weight if prompted)

  2. Go to Profile (top menu on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)

  3. Select Manage my subscriptions and proceed with Step 6, or scroll to "Upgrade your Best.me plan"

  4. Find Personal Workout Plan and select learn more…

  5. Scroll to the bottom to see Your active subscriptions.

  6. Select the grey Your Personal Workout Plan option.

  7. In the pop-up window, scroll down and select "I would like to cancel my workouts :("

  8. On the next screen, scroll down and choose "I want to quit, don’t want to save money and get fit now or ever…"

  9. On the final screen, scroll down and confirm by selecting "Yes, terminate my Workout Plan forever…"

✅ Subscription remains active until period ends
❌ No cancelation confirmation email sent


💳 Essential Subscription Policies

  • Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the next renewal date.

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Please note that recurring payments and subscription fees are not refundable.
