Chat with a nutritionist is an additional feature that gives you direct access to professional guidance when you feel your plan isn’t meeting your expectations or when you notice changes you’d like to discuss. You’ll receive support from the same certified nutritionists involved in creating the plans used in the app.


💬 Access the Chat

  1. Log in at https://app.best.me or open the Best.me app

  2. Select Chat icon (middle of the main menu — top on desktop, bottom on mobile)

  3. Type your message in the Your message field at the bottom of the chat
    ​(be specific and include relevant details)

  4. Select the Send icon or press Enter

  • Please use the chat for questions related to your nutrition plan or health, so our Nutrition Specialist can help you effectively.

  • For subscription or billing questions, contact us via the Help Desk chat or email [email protected].

  • Messages are not limited.
