Quick Answer: If your card was replaced, blocked, or expired, your refund can usually still reach the same bank account. If you have changed your bank account or bank, you may need to contact your bank for help.
💳 Refunds to replaced, blocked, or expired cards
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
If your card has expired, was blocked, or was replaced, the refund should normally still reach you as long as your new card is linked to the same bank account.
💡 For example, if you blocked a lost card and your bank issued a replacement for the same account, the refund should normally reach that account.
If you have changed banks or now have a different bank account (IBAN), contact your bank for help locating the refund.
🔎 How can my bank find the refund?
If you cannot find your refund, our Support Team can provide you with:
A refund confirmation letter showing that the refund was processed from our side.
An ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for card refunds, when available.
💡 ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) is a unique number that helps your bank track a card transaction. Think of it as a tracking number for your refund.
You can provide the ARN to your bank so they can track the refund through the payment system and check what happened to the funds.
💙 What if I paid with PayPal?
If you paid through PayPal, the refund will first be sent back to the original payment method used through PayPal.
If that card or bank account is no longer available, the refund may be added to your PayPal Balance instead.
If you cannot find the refund, contact PayPal Support for further assistance
❗️ Important
Once we have successfully processed a refund, we cannot redirect or track the funds. Your bank or PayPal will need to help you locate them.
