🚀 Personalized Plan Creation
After you complete the onboarding questionnaire, Best.me uses your answers to build a nutrition plan tailored specifically to you.
We take into account:
Your weight goal
Your lifestyle and daily routine
Your food preferences and exclusions
Your selected nutrition approach
Based on this information, your plan is generated automatically and adjusted to support steady, sustainable results.
🌐 Accessing Your Plan on Web and Mobile
Best.me can be accessed as a web application directly through your internet browser on a computer or mobile device. Once your registration is completed, you can also use the Best.me mobile app, which allows you to access your plan, track your progress, and manage your features on the go.
📅 Navigating Your Daily Plan
Your personalized plan appears right on your screen. At the top, you will see a Calendar where you can select any day to see your meals planned ahead.
Each day includes:
Three Main Meal Recipes: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
One Daily Snack: A little "sweetener" for your routine.
❗️ Important: While the snack is included for balance, you can choose to skip it if you are looking to achieve your desired results in a shorter amount of time.
⏳ If your plan is fasting based, your nutrition guide is already set up with fasting intervals. Don’t forget—you can track your progress using the Fasting Timer at the top of the Home tab!
✅ Success Habits: Eating & Tracking
To reach the goals you have set, we recommend eating all scheduled meals daily and staying consistent. Especially, if you are using Fasting Timer. You can also boost your metabolism by adding exercise to your plan. You may use your own workouts or select our tailored Workout Plan add-on for a more structured approach.
🍳 Using Recipes & Marking Progress
Select any meal to view the full recipe and preparation steps. Once you finish a meal, make sure to mark it as Eaten.
Why tracking is important:
It helps you visualize your progress over time.
Marking the progress also personalizes and adapts your future plan.
It serves as proof that you are following the plan if you ever need assistance from our Support Team or wish to use the Nutritionist Chat.
💡 If your circumstances change—such as a new weight goal—or if you realized you forgot to include a specific food preference during setup, you should update your details, so the plan adapts to your actual goals. Select the Profile icon
(top right on desktop or in the bottom menu on mobile browsers) to keep your plan accurate and effective.

We offer several optional features to make your journey even smoother:
Premium Plan: This allows you to switch meals if a suggestion doesn't fit your mood and provides additional wellness tips.
Shopping List: Select this to automatically generate a grocery list for your upcoming days.
Fasting Timer (if not included): Add this feature to your Nutrition Plan if you want to achieve your results even quicker
