This guide explains how to view, manage, and cancel your subscription, depending on where you originally made your purchase.
If You Purchased Your Subscription on the Best.Me Website
If you bought your subscription directly from the Best.Me website, you can make changes or cancel directly through your Best.Me account by following these steps:
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
Log in to your account at best.me
From your dashboard, open your Profile page.
Scroll down to the section titled “Upgrade your Best.Me plan.”
Find the subscription you’d like to cancel and click “Learn More.”
Scroll down to the section labeled “Here you can learn more about your active subscriptions.”
Click on the subscription you wish to cancel.
In the new window, scroll to the bottom and click “I’m thinking about giving up…”
On the next page, scroll down again and click “I want to quit, don’t want to save money and get fit now or ever…” (avoid clicking the green button).
Finally, scroll down and click the text link at the bottom (again, not the green button).
You’ll then see a confirmation message showing that your subscription has been successfully cancelled.
If You Purchased Through the Apple App Store
If you started your subscription or free trial via the Apple App Store, you can manage or cancel it directly through your Apple ID account settings.
To Cancel Your Subscription:
Open your iPhone or iPad Settings.
Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
Select your Best.Me subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period or free trial.

If You Purchased Through Google Play
If your subscription or trial was started via Google Play, you can manage or cancel it through your Google Play account settings.
To Cancel Your Subscription:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon (top right), then tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select your Best.Me subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period or free trial.
