How to manage my subscription

If Client has purchased the subscription on Companies website, Client will not be able to control it through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Instead, if Client doesn't wish for Service to automatically renew, he/she has to cancel the subscription himself/herself by logging in to the Users Account on the Best.Me website or app!

If you would like to cancel your active subscription, please follow the steps below:

1. Open your Profile page from the best.me dashboard.

2. Scroll down to the section "Upgrade your best.me plan"

3. Under the subscription, which you would like to cancel, click on "Learn More"

4. Scroll down to the bottom until you see the section "Here you can learn more about your active subscriptions"

5. Click on the subscription which you are trying to cancel

6. In the new window that pops up, scroll to the very bottom and click "I'm thinking about giving up..."

7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "I want to quit, don't want to save money and get fit now or ever…" (not the green button)

8. In the new page, scroll down to the bottom again and click the Text link. (not the green button)

9. You will then be brought to a screen that confirms your subscription has been cancelled.

If Client has purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on the App Store:


You may cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period. If Client has purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on Google Play:


You may cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings.
