How It Works

⏱️ Start Your Fast
Before beginning your fast, make sure you’ve had your last meal. Then, tap Start Fasting to begin tracking your cycle.

⏱️ Track Your Progress
As your fast continues, the timer shows how long you’ve been fasting and what phase you’re currently in. This gives you a clear sense of progress and motivation to stay on track.

⏱️ End Your Fast
When you’re ready for your next meal, simply tap End Fast. The timer will switch to your eating window and show how much time you have left to enjoy your meals.
